Warranty & Policies
We guarantee our work for workmanship for normal wear and tear, for six months from the date of purchase. Additional repairs or re-sizing are available at a charge, please email us for a quote.
Our jewelry is designed to last, but is not meant to be worn in water or during sleep. Doing so can damage the jewelry.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If after 7 days of receipt, you are not completely satisfied - please return it to us for a full store credit or refund. All returns/exchanges must be unworn and in origianl condition. We do require you contact us before sending any item back so that we may tell you how and where to ship it.
On A String jewelry is created using hand selected natural gemstones. We will do our best to match all stones to each other, but please note that the gemstones used are natural minerals and may vary in color.
Secure Online Payment Options & Policies
We currently accept PayPal and personal checks online for payment. PayPal is an easy, secure (SSL technology) method of payment using your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. You don't even need a PayPal account, it's that easy! All orders are placed through the Paypal system, a 100% secure server. We will send a reply email with the confirmation of your order. If you prefer to pay via personal check, your order will be shipped as soon as payment clears (approx. 3-5 days). If you would prefer pay using your Visa/Mastercard directly - please call us at (508) 651-0305 to complete your order.
Massachusetts residents will be automatically charged sales tax at 5%.
Shipping
We offer FREE USPS first-class shipping on all orders shipped in the United States. We ship to most Canadian and European addresses. Please contact us for shipping costs prior to placing an order.
